This is the biggest pile of rubbish I have ever bought I started out building this three days ago in the beautiful sunshine Firstly nothing is numbered I had to guess no letters no A B C or bloody D for the screw just all in together I forgot to feed my dogs and my husband Harry Potter couldn’t have even fathomed that out and don’t try and put a nut and washer on with acrylic nails girls cause the frustration is not worth it ! I’m gonna have to go to the nail bar to fix them which to be honest way fair should pay for and then straight down to A AND E for my back !! My menopausal sweat glands had a breakdown as well I might of put it together wrong maybe but how long do you think I am and there are no slats for the back I truly am gonna have to have a bit of therapy so have booked the dump for tomorrow and I will be slinging it in the wood section and going for a stiff drink cause it’s now bloody raining and I don’t need it !!!. If I could give no stars I would. I wanted a chair with a canopy to keep the sun off my face. This will do that as if you angle the canopy to protect your face it collapses onto you, smashing you in the face. My product arrived in the box damaged. When contacting Wayfair to ask for a replacement I was told I couldn't have one but could have replacement parts of a partial refund. As there were so many damaged elements I asked for a replacement. I was told I couldn't have one. In the end I accepted a partial refund hoping that the damage would largely be not visible once I had put the various parts together. However, once I tried to construct it was apparent that it had been sent with the front legs attached the wrong way around and this had caused very visible damage to the arms of the chair. I had to reset the legs. Once you attach the lower leg support you'd better not want to store your chair as it will not fold up.
