For others who may be considering buying this, if you look at your standard dining chairs and shrink them by about 10% that should give you an idea of the size of the chairs. Well I am so delighted. I am not a big shopping person and normally happy with just finding things in charity outlets. The bistro set arrive and is set up and it is great. It immediately looks good. it is light enough for me to fold up and away and into the shed, but sold and steady to sit on and use as a table for heavy plant pots and such, as well as a more general drinks, or outdoor dining table. It can be disappointing if something arrives and it is not really like in the pictures, well this is perfect and I am so pleased. This bistro set is GORGEOUS. The wood is a beautiful natural color and it is really sturdy. It came assembled, just folded up in two boxes. I had it all set up in a manner of minutes.
