The delivery of the item was a huge issue. They sent the table a week before the chairs arrived. The company who supply the item were rude and said it was because I had ordered the item on bank holiday weekend. I had no. I purchased this item a week before the bank holiday weekend. There was hardly any communication from them eventhough myself and Wayfair chased up. Brilliant parasol. Great price & is well made. Fast delivery too. Weove the fact that you just keep turning the crank to tilt it. Just a note that it is a large 3 metre/10 feet diameter brolly & so it's fairly heavy. Lovely outdoor dining set. Good sturdy table and comfortable chairs. Make sure you open the box with the table in first as there is a ratchet tool which will make assembling the chairs much easier than using the allen key.
