A great purchase , good delivery time , fairly easy to set up , needs two for some of the assembly . Im very happy with purchase , love the fact that cushioning is built in and I don’t have to worry about bulky cushion storage . I find it difficult to get onto the chair if the footrest is extended and difficult to pull the footrest out once sat on the chair but that could be more to do with my creaky bones rather than the chair itself . I did raise a slight concern with customer services and they were quick to respond and help rectify . Really happy , just now waiting for some sunshine. Susan. South Hetton Durham, GB.
