The cushions are seriously squidgy with 12cm to sink into for seat and back cushions. Take some time for yourself in your own little private zen den with the chair. The chair frame and footstool are UV and weather-resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splashproof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). For the price quite a good chair. However, it is very complicated to assemble the instructions after the base and for the canopy are not that good and I can see why it needs professional assembly. I wish I had added this on as I now cannot assemble the canopy and have had to call in a handyman. The material the canopy is made of is not weatherproof and it does state susceptible to mould. Looks great! However, was a nightmare to put together. Bolts are too short, to complete the seat section I had to use 2 longer bolts of my own. Parts A (x3)went together ok, tried adding part B, that’s where the issue was. I had to use 2 clamps to close the very large gap so I could put in my own longer bolts in. I am extremely disappointed with the chairs. They are very poor quality which makes them unable to assemble properly. Wayfair have ignored my messages for over 3 hours. I appear to be stuck with two enormous boxes and no refund !. Anonymous. Wed Jul 02 2025
