Generally a great set and has been serving us well for over 5 years. We use it in the conservatory and take it out to the garden in the summer. The only downfall are the cushions - not very comfortable and slide a lot. We had to buy extra cushions for comfort but hard to find something in the right size without having it made bespoke.. This is a beautiful set. The metal fixtures are a little 'flimsy' to work with but overall easy to assemble, light and easy to move about on your patio or terrace. Cushions are average in quality in the sense that they slip about and look untidy, I would add that its because the material is waterproof and the cushions in question are light in weight. I will probably add 1 or 2 different quality scatter cushions to help them sit better and improve the overall look.. Amanda. Medstead Alton, GB. Thu Aug 06 2020

Good value for money looks amazing in the garden. Donna. Sun May 12 2024

Our outdoor conversation sets can accommodate 5-7 people. As a quality outdoor furniture set, they take sophistication to the extreme. The sofa is made of a durable rust-proof metal frame. The sofa cushions feature a 5-inch thick seat cushion with cushion pro technology that is water, oil, and stain repellent. This patio conversation set can be used as balcony furniture, or front porch furniture, or lawn furniture. It can provide you with a soft and comfortable riding experience.

I purchased these chairs for a deck off our bedroom. They were the right size, and fit my requirements. The chairs were delivered the next day. After unpacking I noted the covers were not on the cushions, or in the box. I reached out to the vendor and two business days later, covers were delivered. It was an oversight at the factory, but immediately, and very politely, rectified. I assemble a lot of products and seek that the parts be of sufficient quality to meet the need for which they were purchased. The parts were all welded, and the work was solid, and very clean. The bolts used aligned properly, and were of sufficient size. There were no scuffs or scratches on any of the surfaces. The foam for the seat cushions is very firm, which is good, and softer for the back. The covers are a perfect fit, and made of a material that will resist wear. I expect these chairs to last for many years. I did purchase covers to keep off the elements, and of course will store the cushions during wet weather. I was very pleased with customer service. It is quite easy for an assembly line to miss a part ( like the covers ), but I give full credit to a company that immediately rectifies that omission, taking full responsibility. I would not hesitate to buy again from this vendor.. Tim. Trabuco Canyon, CA. Tue Apr 08 2025

Gorgeous garden furniture which is equally nice as indoor furniture. Clear instructions, easy to put together. I then made some cushion covers, added matching cushions with table cloth and place mats, I did a superb job considering I’m in my 80’s! Nice I love it. Anonymous. Mon Aug 10 2026

Made from durable PE rattan, fully weatherproof & UV resistant so will not fade in the sun, this Outsunny 7 Seater Rattan Effect Sofa Set is perfect for the garden. It offers flexibility and can easily be moved to suit any occasion.

We had issues with our first set missing most of the patio furniture but they were quick to send us a new one at no cost to us and it was exactly as pictured! I love it.. Princess. Raf Croughton Croughton Brackley, GB. Sat Jul 09 2022
