Disappointing, the description of the gazebo does not match the product or parts that make up the product. The steel is very thin and bends easily. This is a quote from the description'The frame is strong and stable thanks to its all-steel construction' this is misleading as the frame is not strong and most definitely not stable. Found this out because there was various parts damaged and out of shape which meant they had to be re-shaped to fit together. This was easily done with a pair of pliers because the steel was so thin. Unfortunately this resulted in scratching the paintwork which leaves the metal open to the elements. At various points when building the gazebo I stopped and thought about packing it back up and returning it, but thought it would be easier to carry on and hope it would be ok when its finished and all nuts and bolts tightened up, after all I could live with the parts that I had to fix. The frame is so flimsy and moves about easily when touched even with the canopy on and all tightened up. The canopy is not a very good fit and the velcro straps do not reach the frame to wrap around. I had to fix to the frame with cable ties. Only good thing is, it looks good once up but the canopy/frame will not withstand any gentle breeze which any gazebo should be able to withstand before heavy winds when the canopy should be removed anyway. I did get in touch with wayfair about my concerns and received a substantial discount to keep the product, but if i knew how poor quality it was beforehand I would never have bought it even at the discounted price. I have secured it my own way so it doesn't move about as much and will remove the canopy when not in use. Hopefully it will last the summer/autumn at which point I will probably look at replacing it with a stronger gazebo. All in all a disappointing purchase but this is nothing against wayfair, more towards the product. We are absolutely delighted with our new gazebo. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and all the components arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Once assembled, the gazebo looks fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space. It feels sturdy, well made, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to spending many relaxing hours enjoying it throughout the year. The only issue we encountered was with the instruction booklet. The orientation of the small flanges at the top of the roof was not clearly illustrated, and we inadvertently fitted them upside down. This made installing the polycarbonate roof panels more difficult than it needed to be. Had the correct orientation been made clearer in the instructions, the entire assembly would have been very straightforward. Despite this minor issue, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would happily recommend this gazebo to others. The quality, appearance, and overall value are excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Every time we look out into the garden now, we’re reminded how worthwhile the project was. Very happy with this gazebo!  We received it in winter and finally put it up in time for Father’s Day. It took two of us about 10 hours to complete it. The instructions were quite clear. They included some extra hardware, always nice. Very clever, clean design. No heavy lifting. You just need to be patient. Although you could use their wrench and Allen key to asssmble the gazebo, I expect that would take much longer than it did. I recommend 2 sockets sets and a power drill with hex and Allen bits.. Once you have a good level foundation, putting the gazebo together is easy and the instructions are very clear. I also found one YouTube video of the build, which helped visualize everything and made it even easier. There were only a couple hiccups — a couple of the screws had messed up tips and would not go into the wood. We found the same type of screw at a hardware store. And the biggest issue was that one of the metal parts was not drilled all the way, they forgot one hole on one side. We did our best to drill through the metal but ultimately left it without one bolt. I think it will be fine. This is much more of a solid canopy than what we have had in the past and purchased to have roofing rather than a fabric canopy that often needs replacing. So glad we did after the reviews I read before purchasing. I rated 4 with the improvements they could make for their instructions on the set up, otherwise would have rated as a 5! I completed by myself but would recommend a second person for some areas. (Female with having power tools too! ) ) Here are my tips for set up 1. I sorted out all the nuts and bolts and added washer to bolt in zip lock bag per set up step and numbered it. ( inevitably you always end up with something missing but they have given a few extras. ) This helped with faster set up. 2. The steps for putting on the roof pieces are not clear of which side is up but you’ll want ridge side up. Use a short screwdriver to tighten middle sections of roof as needed rather than wrench. Easier! 3. Need a second person to help put the frame up for the middle braces before it is standing on its own. I used a strap to tie to my house of one side and a ladder to prop up the middle. Extra hands would be best. 4. I added inside roof light that can be easily hung from the hook that is provided. Does not come with purchase. Overall I’m very satisfied with this canopy so far and while it took a longer time to deliver, it was packaged very well on a small pallet that was attached to another pallet. 1 box so do leave specific delivery instructions or good to be present upon delivery and our driver easily placed in backyard where we needed it. Very happy with this gazebo!  We received it in winter and finally put it up in time for Father’s Day. It took two of us about 10 hours to complete it. The instructions were quite clear. They included some extra hardware, always nice. Very clever, clean design. No heavy lifting. You just need to be patient. Although you could use their wrench and Allen key to asssmble the gazebo, I expect that would take much longer than it did. I recommend 2 sockets sets and a power drill with hex and Allen bits..
