DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It arrived in a box with hundreds of pieces of cheap wood, which was not labelled, so I spent over an hour identifying them. The instructions were not clear at all, several screws were defective, multiple pieces of wood arrived split. I spent around 10 hours building three sections, I discovered essential parts for the final section were missing, so I couldn't even complete it!!!! Was told I was going to get sent the missing pieces, then told they were out of stock. Also, "Marlow Home Co" is not a real brand, it was actually VIDALXL. Complete scam, very disappointed.. Katie. Awful product save your money! Terrible instructions and really poor quality materials. They give you a tiny Allen key to fix the thickness screws into the tiniest holes and you can’t use an electric screwdriver cos the metal on the screws just disintegrates. The wood cracks when you put the screws in. The pre made holes are wonky and one of the pieces of wood was shorter than the rest on the foot stool causing the whole thing to be at an angle and not fit together properly as pictured! When you sit on it, it makes ominous cracks and I only way around 55kg! I complained and they gave me 15% off but to be honest I don’t think this product is fit for sale! I’d give 0 stars if I could. This bench was advertised with drop-down menus to choose colour of bench and colour of cushions. I contacted Wayfair because the description said that cushions weren’t included, but I couldn’t understand why there was an option to choose colour if they weren’t included. They have said it can be returned without charge if there aren’t cushions included. When the bench itself arrived, without cushions, it is just slats of untreated pine with no colour. I was so excited to get this sofa! It’s for sitting upright. The color of the cushions are dark gray not blue nor navy. The foam material doesn’t seem the best quality, however I hope when the time comes they’ll be easy to replace. The material wicks away water nicely. Ideally they’ll hold up. The cushions included are 7.5 cm thick and provide optimal seating comfort to relax and unwind. Lightweight in its structure therefore is easier to move to suit any setting and is easy and quick to assemble. The garden set is completely maintenance-free and weather-resistant, so you can enjoy the lounge set for years to come.

The furniture is lovely and very easy to put together. The sofas did need two people though. The cushions are thicker than most I tried. The pieces are not heavy so will need either taken in or weighted in strong winds like I get where I live although for most in a sheltered garden this won't be an issue. Unfortunately a few of the pieces arrived broken and while I have put them together they are structurally weak at the broken bits. I await feedback from Wayfair as to what they suggest. This set is no longer available so I'd rather keep the set and dump the broken piece with a proportional refund for the broken piece. I really am pleased with the set though other than the fact some bits were broken but that's the courier's fault and not a reflection of the items themselves as they are plastic and I live very far away (lorry and boat journey!). The shipping time to my house in Hawaii was really fast and delivery guys really nice and brought the daybed to my pool lanai. It is pretty, white fabric is bright. I will say it is smaller than I expected. My friend has a daybed that is similar in style but hers is much bigger more like a bed for three and this is more like a chair for two with your legs overhanging. The piece is really nice and if the size works for you then it will be perfect. My home is large and I wish I’d compared sizes more carefully. That said, the quality is lovely and it is pretty.
