This was delivered on time in 3 boxes. 2 of the boxes contained the parts for 6 chairs and 4 footstools along with some of the cushions, the other cushions were in the box with the table. There were no instructions in any of the boxes so we had to download them and read them on our phones which wasn't ideal. Once we had assembled 1 chair the rest were OK, just a bit tedious to use the allen key and spanner. The footstools were fairly easy to assemble as was the table. I love the fact that the chairs and footstools can go under the table when not in use.. Louise. Romford, GB. Fri May 22 2026

The rattan set offers total flexibility and can be easily moved to suit any occasion, this set is an all-rounder, looking at home in any garden, conservatory, or sunroom.

Pleased with the product when finally sorted. Unfortunately the first delivery had incorrectly drilled parts for the chairs and stools, although I had successfully built the table first. Wayfair sent me a complete new set, which was correctly made and fairly straightforward to put together. I now have a complete, with faulty chairs, set to arrange collection for. All a lot of hassle, but overall I’m happy with the set.. Tracey. Deal, GB. Tue Jul 25 2023

The quality of this item was very poor with rusty legs , bended elements that could not be aligned with screw holes and so on. Customer service responded giving a discount which i was happy to take at that point in time and keep the item. As we progressed with the assembly more problems came into the surface and thinking that i should have asked for full refund. Unfortunately i had already assembled most it and did not want to take everything out as if i wanted a full refund i had to send it back. Waste of time and money!!!!!!. Maria. Sat Jun 08 2024
