We ordered the 5x3 mtr lean to gazebo, so not a small structure! The delivery was excellent, they kept us informed of delivery time, so we were prepared, they had waterproof cover for everything, so it was not left out in the elements. Thoughtfulness throughout. Everything was good quality, clear instructions. My husband is 76, and not a builder, rather he was an engineer, so this was a big job to tackle on his own. The only time he asked for help was to lift the front, so he could attach the beams to the wall mounting, it took four men to lift and hold the front upright, whilst he fixed the beams. Apart from that he did everything himself, making sure at all times everything was square and level. He did a fantastic job! I am beyond pleased with the result. It took him 9 days to build, and put the roofing tiles on, and then we had to wait as he ordered the lead etc which was the very last task. A point to note , everything you need to build the gazebo is there, apart from the lead, filler, wall bolts and patio fixing bolts. The hard wear that is with the gazebo kit, is counted so exactly the right amount is there, no extras, so be careful, dont loose, or misplace anything! We have ended up with an amazing gazebo, so much usable space now to eat outside, sit and relax, we absolutely love it, and have had so many compliments from friends and neighbours! This gazebo is the ideal size for entertaining friends and family outdoors. The side panel frames will provide the perfect protection come rain or shine.

Looks great when assembled but the instructions are misleading. Note when it says cutouts need to be positioned externally, it means the protruding parts on the corner posts need to be on the INTERIOR corners. Dropping a star as there is also a gap between some roof panels where they don't quite match up in one corner, may be remedied by repositioning all roof panels but at this point we are going to live with it!. My parking space is surrounded by fence on three sides and sits under an apple tree. After experiencing one round of severe hail damage and suffering through another fall of my car being pelted by apples, I began the quest for a carport and landed on this Sunjoy model. I couldn't be happier. At 20 feet long, it covers my entire Q7, and the width was perfect for my parking space. I can definitely open the car doors on both sides, and parking between the posts is no problem. Speaking of posts, our handyman built concrete bases for the posts because of the slope of the space. One other thing to know: in the blueprint on page 4, the distance from post to post is actually 227 inches (not 229.13 as stated in the book.) Took 2 days but 3-4 people, need to make sure you level and check diagonals at all times (luckily my dad knew these things) hardest part and time consuming part is the roof shingles instillation, someone needs to not be afraid of heights and on sit on the roof. The Gazebo is that perfect spot to while away those summer days or as emergency shelter during a BBQ! This arbour is a slightly offset hexagonally shaped building, please see the plan drawing for dimensions. It is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC northern European pine. The building is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating in your choice of either wood paint or stain immediately on installation. The roof and walls are 12 mm shiplap with a 19 mm timber floor; all framing is 34 mm square. Roof felt, assembly instructions and fixings included.

The Grill Gazebo is perfect for shading our smoker from the sun (and stopping temperature creep). The materials are solid and it is one of the few that has a metal roof. A couple of negatives, though. One of the boxes tore during shipping, which caused the loss of the washers. Luckily, I had appropriate replacement washers. We bought the Saxony XL Grill Gazebo in July and due to vacations and other projects finally got it assembled and water sealed. It turned out beautiful and we are still trying to decide what lights we might want to add. It really adds character to our small space. As you can see in the picture we had to make some modifications due to the fact we Muslims have measured wrong somewhere. We had to put the little side bars inside but it still looks great and it works for us. Theo whole gazebo is very solid and I couldn’t ask fo ag better plan. The next generation of Garden Gazebo. Finished in all weather aluminium, the gazebo is designed to be a permanent fixture for the garden, making it the ultimate accessory.

Quick delivery by Wayfair. Gazebo is well made and relatively easy to put together, although the instructions need a rewrite. I managed to build it over 2 days by myself, although this was quite challenging, especially the roof. I would recommend getting help as the roof needs some 'muscle' to bolt to the legs. The gazebo looks good and is very strong, especially fixed to my decking. The overall construction feels sturdy and has already encountered heavy rain with no problems. The delivered curtains were the wrong size, but Glendale-Leisure quickly sent replacements (within 2 days) without any quibbling (via email - good customer service). The mosquito nets are brilliant and work as advertised, allowing a gentle breeze into the gazebo at times. The main curtains are also good and offer a nice comfortable environment when closed. I will however be adding waterproofing as I am not sure how waterproof they are. The curtain tie-backs are good and secure both sets of curtains. I did add a power cable down one leg into the decking for future lighting before fixing the legs to the decking (must be earthed and connected to a RCD).
