The metal barbecue bucket comes with a grill roaster and holes in the bottom for sufficient airflow, as well as wooden handles.
I've yet to try this out but the coals sit on a removable shelf well down in the bucket. My previous version had a removable bowl for the charcoal which sat higher in the bucket and was more easily removable for cleaning etc. However, it seems study enough and should do the job.. Julian.
