The crude steel lid protects the fire pit when not in use. The cover protects the inside of the fireplace from the weather, so it will serve many years. At the same time, it makes the fire pit aesthetically pleasing when we see not burned remains and ash. Simply cover the fireplace and you can start cleaning the next day. Wooden knob made of robust hardwood In the middle of the lid is a wooden knob made of sturdy hardwood, which makes it easy to remove the lid from the fireplace without getting your hands dirty, and a light rant prevents the lid from slipping off the fire pit. The handle in the shape of the round knob is made of hard hardwood. Rust look The cover for the fire pit is made of unpainted steel, which will rust over time. Rusty steel is the latest trend, which is becoming more and more common in garden design and construction. You can achieve the most beautiful effect when you combine rust red accessories with a wooden patio, modern furniture and the green of the garden plants. In addition, the emerging rusty layer changes over time, and the coloration can change due to weather conditions. This gives our fireplace a new look. It is a perfect breath of fresh air that can be perfectly combined with traditional materials.

Really great and sturdy fire bowl. Good size and as it’s iron will last well. Perfect height too so you can sit around it. Arrived in good time and was easy to attach legs and go! However. First time using it and it gets incredibly hot. By that I mean underneath. It is sitting on the decking where I’ve had three fire pits and 2 chimeras before with no issue. This one heated the wood up so much we had to hose it down a couple of times. Not sure what to do about the issue. Perhaps Wayfsir can offer some advise. Sherry. Maidenhead, GB. Sun May 24 2020

This is a great item but the dimensions are inaccurate on line as it’s for the box the item comes in not the assembled fire pit. It’s actually about 65 cams high which makes much more sense to describe to the customer. The finish on the one I received was poor, soldering not done well, jagged bits of metal showing which could be dangerous but decided to keep it as there was no guarantee a replacement would be any better unfortunately and it was a large item to return. However, it looks good and is just what we were looking for as a gift.. Anonymous. London, GB. Wed Sep 09 2020
