Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. Excellent parasol so big and covers a 8 seater sofas , love the lights on very relaxing, it’s extremely heavy so needs two people to put into the stand, we had to buy weights for the stand we purchased Curtis plastic free standing umbrella base, otherwise it won’t hold up all the weight of the umbrella.
