So far, seems like a good parasol. The main photo on the site is misleading since it shows LED lights underneath but the actual parasol doesn’t have them. The spec doesn’t say that it has LEDs, so again, the picture is misleading. I installed this on a new Schneider universal ground anchor which doesn’t include bolts. The parasol doesn’t include bolts to attach it to a base. All this makes sense but meant a quick Screwfix trip.. Tim. Sat Aug 01 2026

Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved.
