Excellent service from Wayfair, delivered the next day from order in which I was very surprised. The product itself is great! Used once so far and very pleased!! It works and looks nice! I smoked a brisket and was very satisfied with the results. What I would say is the assembly instructions are full of errors and contradictions and the parts didn't always fit together brilliantly so I had to improvise. I bought a cover from a different retailer that was advertised as being the same model but it doesn't quite fit over the entire barbecue with the front shelf attached so it would be useful if that detached easily but you would need to undo bolts which will no doubt fuse over time with heat/ash etc. Overall I'm happy with it though, seems fair for the price..
