I ordered this and recieved a Charles bently swing. It's not the sturdiest swing and despite all bolts being tight moves from side to side. The canapy fittings will not last 5 mins cheap plastic. The canapy bars don't stay together. The seat had two saggy bits where people have sat and we've only used for a couple of days. I would not sit 3 people on it. The seat cushion is thin the bar digs into your thighs. My last swing was in my garden nearly 11 yrs and only got rid because two seats went. Think I will be lucky if this lasts 2.. Maureen. I have no regrets buying this item- Customer service was good and I was able to reschedule delivery to a date that suited without any problems. The garden swing seat looks really good in my garden and it was relatively straightforward to build. All parts were delivered in one pack which was surprising considering its size. The only minor problem we had was that the screws for two of the fixing points in the canopy frame were of the wrong length but luckily, this does not have any bearing on the structure of the main frame..
