A good looking and very sturdy piece of garden furniture. As others have described, it can be a little awkward to assemble, but I did it on my own (4 hours) closely following the clear instructions. I found, as others found, the bolt through the seats to be most challenging. Needed to fabricate the 13mm socket with a piece of foam inside to stop the nut from going in too far, then I could bolt together, first without washer as bolt is short until seated, undo, add washer and bolt up again. Yes, I then needed a second person for turning it upright as it is too heavy to lift by one person once assembled! It is constructed with extra thick 32 mm timbers for strength and durability. The product can easily withstand heavy daily usage. Please note: This item has been dip treated to prevent fungal attacks and rotting which may mean a light green tinge can be seen on your bench or picnic table. Over time the green tinge will quickly disappear and you will be left with a natural pine-coloured bench.

Apart from having the most inadequate assembly instructions I have ever seen (you can’t always tell which piece is which), the product quality is poor and one piece has clearly split and been glued back together.
