For the price quite a good chair. However, it is very complicated to assemble the instructions after the base and for the canopy are not that good and I can see why it needs professional assembly. I wish I had added this on as I now cannot assemble the canopy and have had to call in a handyman. The material the canopy is made of is not weatherproof and it does state susceptible to mould. Looks great! However, was a nightmare to put together. Bolts are too short, to complete the seat section I had to use 2 longer bolts of my own. Parts A (x3)went together ok, tried adding part B, that’s where the issue was. I had to use 2 clamps to close the very large gap so I could put in my own longer bolts in. I’ve constructed a lot of flat-pack furniture, some easy to assemble, some quite frustrating - This chair (and matching footrest) is without a doubt the worst piece of furniture I have ever ordered! Poorly manufactured - Most of the screws do not align with the locking nuts so it is impossible to put together unless you take a drill and produce your own holes. This completely negates the point of flat pack furniture - We may as well have built this from scrap wood ourselves. Please save yourself the hours and hours of frustration and disappointment!.
