We have been pleasantly surprised by this. My husband got it out the box expecting to have to make it and its all ready to go! Sits 8 comfortably, 3 on each bench and we added 2 chairs on each end. Doesnt feel hugely sturdy once 3 adults sit on the bench, I feel that there could have been a support put in the middle, however for the occasional use we are very happy and looks good too.. Heather.
