Check the dimensions before you order this. The pictures make it look quite big. I rushed my online shopping, didn't check and it's way smaller than I wanted. Not worth sending back and I can use it, but it was a disappointingly small parcel for what I paid. The "Alina" raised bed makes the path to home-grown, always accessible herbs and vegetables a whole lot shorter: The raised bed is wonderfully suitable for gardens, balconies and terraces and is immediately ready for use. The supplied perforated foil is simply attached to the planting surface and it can be filled with soil. Garden tools and accessories can be stored on the practical shelf directly under the flower bed. With its slightly slanted feet, the raised bed is also a real focal point. The bed is also supported by two crossbars on the outside of the feet. So it retains its stability even with the weight of soil, water and plants. The entire raised bed is pre-glazed in grey. The colour goes perfectly with a garden cabinet from our country house series in grey. For a final treatment, it must be painted either with a colorless glaze or another weatherproof paint to ensure permanent protection against moisture. Please note that this is a natural product. The colour gradient can therefore be slightly different for each piece.
