Came well packaged with the barest minimum of plastic. Easy enough to assemble with 1 person (me!) the chairs are more fiddly until the screws are in but even they were fine. I have bought about 5 recliners from various companies over the years but the alternatives this time were at least twice the price. This one looks good, works well , is comfortable and the back is high enough that i can have it tiled fully back and its comfortable for my head. 6ft 2in tall.
