Gorgeous garden furniture which is equally nice as indoor furniture. Clear instructions, easy to put together. It states you need 23 people to put together but my daughter did this on her own and did a superb job! I then made some cushion covers, added matching cushions with table cloth and place mats, I did a superb job considering I’m in my 80’s! I purchased these chairs for a deck off our bedroom. They were the right size, and fit my requirements. The chairs were delivered the next day. After unpacking I noted the covers were not on the cushions, or in the box. I reached out to the vendor and two business days later, covers were delivered. It was an oversight at the factory, but immediately, and very politely, rectified. I assemble a lot of products and seek that the parts be of sufficient quality to meet the need for which they were purchased. The parts were all welded, and the work was solid, and very clean. The bolts used aligned properly, and were of sufficient size. There were no scuffs or scratches on any of the surfaces. The foam for the seat cushions is very firm, which is good, and softer for the back. The covers are a perfect fit, and made of a material that will resist wear. I expect these chairs to last for many years. I did purchase covers to keep off the elements, and of course will store the cushions during wet weather. I was very pleased with customer service. It is quite easy for an assembly line to miss a part ( like the covers ), but I give full credit to a company that immediately rectifies that omission, taking full responsibility.
