Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. I love the look of the rectangular umbrella. But note, that the stand shown is not the one included with the umbrella. The stand that came with the umbrella is like a criss cross which it does not hold the weight of the umbrella. I had to tie the umbrella pole with a bungee cord to my screen patio structure.
