Overall, very impressive product for the money. A little fiddly to put together but with a little patience and alignment this fencing is strong and sturdy. Negatives: A little fiddly to put together however this was maybe because I was putting in gravel! Really pleased with this to section off my vegetable patch from my dog. Have re 3ntly moved to a proverly with large beds spiiking over the pathway. Needed small solid railings to edge the pathway and protect the plants until they have flowered and can be moved further back fro the past for next year. Instead of putting in the yard, I set this gabion 3 of them on the edge of my patio for a retainer wall, I filled it with paver columns, and put the stones in between them. The mesh grid is formed by spot welding transverse and longitudinal wires at each and every intersection. With a wire diameter of 3.5 mm, the gabion is very sturdy. The gabion has been designed to be filled with rocks or gravel for quick construction. The top and bottom covers of the gabion keep the contents in place when sealed. You can buy more multiple models to build walls and place them side by side. This gabion is ideal for garden projects and will be a real eye-catcher in your outdoor living space. Please note that stones are not included in delivery.

The gabion itself is nice. Fairly easy to assemble with two people. However, before you consider getting one, remember these things. You will have to fill it. If you’re buying stones, it will be AT LEAST another 300 for those. I put cinder blocks in the back where they would not be seen to take up space at a much lower cost. You will notice I have huge gaps because I used big, irregular stones. Also very difficult to lower heavy stones into the cage and place precisely. I gave up on that. If you want it nice like their photo you will have to use smaller, more uniform rocks. Probably more expensive. The cage got deformed by my stones so the top was more difficult to lock down.
