Research shows that children who learn to ride on balance bikes transition to riding pedal bikes at a younger age than youngsters who learn on bikes with stabilisers. For this reason these Xootz balance bikes are a must have for any child learning to ride.Balance bikes work well because, unlike stabilised bikes or tricycles, they teach children to balance an early stage allowing children to become skilled and confident at a much quicker pace. With sturdy steel frames and durable 10” EVA rubber wheels, Xootz balance bikes will outlast any bumps or scrapes they might endure as children are learning and can even be passed down to younger siblings such is their longevity! They are also great fun for children to zip about on and can carry them for long distances, great for keeping up with Mum and Dad on family rides. You won’t find a better way to teach your child to ride!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that you sent presented with once opening the box is a really well designed product. It has some weight to it, it is very tough and up to the challenges of constant use, dropping and hard hits during tricks! The handle bar is soft to hold but solid and moves the front wheel fluidly. The stand has good tread on it so there’s no slipping of trainers and the brake works well under pressure. My child loves the design art work 10/10. Jrow. Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Mon Feb 07 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say… other than this is absolutely amazing! We gave this to my little girl for her 1st birthday and she’s obsessed! I was expecting the battery to be died by the time we got it out the box but much to my surprise it wasn’t (which saved a lot of stress!), I love the fact that it has a parental control so it’s safe to use and you don’t have to worry about them turning into road etc. Assembly was really easy and literally took 10 mins. It’s really robust and good quality so will last hopefully a good while! My little girl seems comfortable in it which is a bonus! This is such a well observed “toy” car. It looks so like a real mini, and is very sturdy for the price. I love the opening doors, the headlights, the way the on off button looks like a real ignition switch and the charger plugging in at the fuel cap. The remote control is great - but note that your toddler can still turn the wheel, overriding what the remote does. The drive wheel does need a flat surface so a couple of lumpy patches on my lawn did cause slight problems (wheel spinning). My only gripe is that the battery charging doesn’t cut off automatically so you’re supposed to ensure you don’t charge for more than 6 hours, and for me the car charger light has never changed from red to green to show when fully charged (as I’d expected from the instructions). It took about an hour to put together and it is important to follow the order in the instructions, which are ok rather than perfect. Overall, it’s incredibly good value and a firm favourite of granddaughter. .. Sussexandy99. Sun Jul 26 2026
