I’m really pleased that I bought this bench as it is very comfortable to sit on, even without a cushion. I’ve never needed a cushion, but you could maybe drape a rug over it if you wanted. It was a bit tricky at one stage of the assembly, but I managed and it must have taken me less than an hour, though I wasn’t rushing and that included looking for the right size of Allen key. We’ve had it for a couple of months, August and September, so it hasn’t seen much rain. I think it would be ok if left unprotected over the winter, but I’ve bought a cover which ties on, just in case. Great bench, easy to put together just remember front and back panels are different at the top and bottom , one allows seat to sit flatly. Purchased this to replace and old bench that had seen better days. Liked it because of the pop up table element Arrived on time however the delivery was left outside my front door with no attempt to make contact. The box was damaged in two areas with large punctures but luckily the bench was not damaged. My only criticism a part from the courier is, there was no instructions on how to assemble the bench. It has numbered stickers on the parts would point to instructions being needed but none in the box or available on the website. Managed to put it together but needed some thought, two people and about 45 mins Now its built, very happy with the product ( Would have given 5 stars if there had been instructions). Steven W..
