I have no regrets buying this item- Customer service was good and I was able to reschedule delivery to a date that suited without any problems. The garden swing seat looks really good in my garden and it was relatively straightforward to build. All parts were delivered in one pack which was surprising considering its size. The only minor problem we had was that the screws for two of the fixing points in the canopy frame were of the wrong length but luckily, this does not have any bearing on the structure of the main frame.. It’s a lovely looking comfy big egg seat and I actually fell asleep in it. But its lost points as we really struggled to put the seat bit together which should have been simple. It took a very long time to line up the seat with the screw holes. I had to bend it in the end.. Kristie. Dawley Telford, GB. Thu Jun 04 2026

Looks great once built. Problematic building due to a number of the seat screws being slightly short, requiring the screw heads to countersunk through drilling wider holes into the wood.. Kevin. Chepstow, GB. Sat Jul 23 2022
