A really impressive gazebo, feels really sturdy and has reinforcing bars near the top to stabilise it further. It states it isn't fully waterproof but protected us in a downpour without anything coming though. Me and my partner put it up together so it doesn't need more than 2 people (although more would have made it quicker). I am really pleased with this purchase. The only downside is that it doesn't come with any sort of guy lines to stabilise it and the feet don't have a large surface area, we wanted to put rocks around each leg as we weren't putting it up on soft ground so couldn't use the provided tent pegs.. This a really lovely sturdy gazebo, which is very attractive! Sadly it wasn’t suitable in height for the area we needed it..that was down to us..If it had been a foot taller, & we didn’t live in a gale force zone I think we would have kept it! We bought the pergola to provide shade over our hot tub. It has the added bonus that if we lower the front panel it gives us complete privacy from neighbouring properties. It wasn’t the easiest thing for two people to build because of its size. There were two different sets of instructions neither of which were particularly clear.
