Gazebo came nicely packaged. And I absolutely love the gazebo now that it is up. There were unfortunately, several panels that had dents in them and one of the structure pieces was a little banged up. My parking space is surrounded by fence on three sides and sits under an apple tree. After experiencing one round of severe hail damage and suffering through another fall of my car being pelted by apples, I began the quest for a carport and landed on this Sunjoy model. I couldn't be happier. At 20 feet long, it covers my entire Q7, and the width was perfect for my parking space. I can definitely open the car doors on both sides, and parking between the posts is no problem. Speaking of posts, our handyman built concrete bases for the posts because of the slope of the space. One other thing to know: in the blueprint on page 4, the distance from post to post is actually 227 inches (not 229.13 as stated in the book.) We are absolutely delighted with our new gazebo. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and all the components arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Once assembled, the gazebo looks fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space. It feels sturdy, well made, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to spending many relaxing hours enjoying it throughout the year. The only issue we encountered was with the instruction booklet. The orientation of the small flanges at the top of the roof was not clearly illustrated, and we inadvertently fitted them upside down. This made installing the polycarbonate roof panels more difficult than it needed to be. Had the correct orientation been made clearer in the instructions, the entire assembly would have been very straightforward. Despite this minor issue, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would happily recommend this gazebo to others. The quality, appearance, and overall value are excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Every time we look out into the garden now, we’re reminded how worthwhile the project was. Very happy with this gazebo!  We received it in winter and finally put it up in time for Father’s Day. It took two of us about 10 hours to complete it. The instructions were quite clear. They included some extra hardware, always nice. Very clever, clean design. No heavy lifting. You just need to be patient. Although you could use their wrench and Allen key to asssmble the gazebo, I expect that would take much longer than it did. I recommend 2 sockets sets and a power drill with hex and Allen bits..
