My parcel arrived 5 days late even though I had been told it had been lost. Both ends of the packaging had clearly come open and an attempt to tape it back up failed. I did speak to your automated bot when I was told it was missing and I was offered a replacement which I accepted but have heard nothing since. No email confirmation. In all a really bad experience with Wayfair and DHL. I refuse to accept the damaged item and will hopefully be able to talk to a human who can arrange a replacement for me.. Anonymous. This is a large size parasol and easily gives shade to all garden chairs. Good quality and the wind updown mechanism is easy to use. Haven’t needed to use the tilt function, but would need a raised step to reach the tilt function, maybe this could be placed 3” down the pole. Excellent value for money.
