The frame of the robust playhouse is made of solid wood, the four side walls are made of lovingly printed MDF and fabric elements. An extensive accessory set is included so that your children can play the various role plays realistically. It is highly recommended for children aged 3 years and older. All materials used are tested and certified for harmful substances. In addition, the roller playhouse set bears the EPH quality seal of the Institute for wood technology. The paint used on the toy is saliva-proof and skin-friendly. The assembly takes about 40 minutes.

As for comfort, the padded and quilted fabric base is designed to prevent cold seeping up from the ground. There are also two side pockets under the window, ideal for storing small treasures. In fact, the tent is so comfy that you may have trouble tempting your little ones out. If they do abandon it however, you can store it in the practical carry bag to save space. This won't take long, as the sturdy fibreglass frame is easy to put together and take apart. The tent has been tested in accordance with the European Safety Standard EN 71, and all materials have been examined for harmful substances and certified. The starry fabric is made from a machine-washable polyester blend.

I purchased this for my little boys nursery and were loving it. It was a bit difficult to figure out how to put it together (what has happened to written instructions!) but once we got the first pole in the rest was simple. Its much bigger than I expected which is great as my son will grow with it and get years of play out of it yet and I love that the bottom folds over to create a floor so its really comfortable. Weve played inside and also had it in the garden on a play mat to protect the little one from the sun and hes loving it. The Spring Cottage is a lovely and quite large cottage with a picnic bench and a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, hob, cutting board, and cuttable fruits to serve friends on their visit. You will know that your friends are there when you hear them ringing at the doorbell of the cottage. Greet them with flowers in the large flower box in front of the window!

We love the Spring Cottage playhouse. It is big enough for multiple kids to play. We bought it as a birthday gift for my 2 year old daughter. At her party, tons of kids piled in to play. All the kids loved it. It look my husband and I about 12 hours to put it together. The app was definitely more helpful than the printed instructions.
