No cushions included. Literally every.single. Piece of this product needs constructing by hand! Unlike other products I have purchased in the past from Wayfair that had parts pre built. This is a crazy amount of parts!! Attempted to return due to description mentioning cushions that were not included and the build process being more than expected. Still stuck in y hallway and back and forth on messages that don’t get replied to for days!! Still not collection, still no refund! Missed the event this product was intended for due to delivery issues. The whole process has been extremely inconvenient, I’d say from start to finish but…still not finished! I never leave reviews but feel really let down by this. Many of the holes are too snug for the screws and the Allen key supplied is totally not up to the job. I've had to drill out the holes to make it even doable and it's still touch and go whether the screw head strips.
