Having had two of the cheaper concrete bases both of which eventually came loose with no access to the attaching mechanism, I started searching for a better quality product for my free standing parasol. This ticks all the boxes. The bolt that secures the pole holder to the base is accessible from underneath and sturdy. And the two pole screws add extra support.
