Quite nice until you set it to the flat position. One of the support bars is situated right underneath where your shoulders rest, so that when you lay down you feel it right across your back. Very uncomfortable and since we bought this hoping it could double up as a camp bed we will be returning. Brand is Outsunny which you'll be aware is a cheap brand.
