The base of the seated section had to be replaced, as the hole drilled did not line up. Customer service were amazing. All I did was upload a video of the problem area. Order arrived later than originally stated. Packaging inadeqate and damaged although frame was fine (minor scuffs) however order was incomplete and we are still waiting for the cushions to be delivered!
