It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved northern European pine. The roof and floor are tongued and grooved timber. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Product arrived on time, no problems there. Product as described and construction is of average quality. For what we wanted,- a storage shed for garden furniture that looked attractive when set in the garden it’s just fine. However, as a Summer house the construction is somewhat flimsy and wouldn’t put up with much active wear and tear. The roofing felt provided only just covered the roof and was of thin quality so we thought it necessary to place a second layer of tougher, more substantial roofing felt.
