Lovely once erected but it didn’t go up easily because one side panel was warped . The construction is up and I am pleased with the overall effect, although the doors as yet don’t open and run smoothly due to temperature changes and there’s quite large gaps between. I’m hoping this can be rectified by the builders. Oh and the shed door handle was rusty. I’ve still given 4stars. Jill. GB. Wed Jul 03 2019

I chose this summerhouse for its T&G floor and roof, and tempered glass. It went together very well with 2 people. Good instructions supplied, just remember to silicone all the joints as advised, and to measure the opening to fit the doors before screwing down the front apex. I fitted the window to the opposite side which was easily done. Overall I'm very pleased with it. Linda. Llanulltud Fawr, GB. Thu Nov 01 2018

First of all 5 stars and more to Wayfair especially to Lucy in customer services for sorting out the issues we had with the summer house. Summer house arrived on time. Good communication from the delivery company regarding emails and text messages - no problems until we started to check the package. So due to the issues we had I am only giving the summer house 3 stars at a push simply for the quality of the summerhouse. Sadly the workmanship is a little poor, nails either too far in creating holes for you to fill with wood filler, or nails that need an hammer to tap in but not all can be tapped in due to how near the nails are to the windows. (Windows are perspex and not glass). Nails sticking out here there and everywhere. Arrived with some parts damaged, 1 x window dropped out as it wasnt nailed in (nails missing). Bits of wood broken and cracked which we managed to sort. Instructions are pretty poor but we are skilled people so we did work it out eventually. Panels arrived with nails in wrong places or nails cracking the wood nails also where they shouldn't be so had to be cut off using a dremel (couldn't hammer them back out due to the angle they had been put in during the manufacturing process). We bought extra sanding sheets and wood filler before painting it. The reason we didn't send it back was due to the fact we do actually love it and it was the correct and perfect size for our small garden. Took roughly 3 to 4 hours to put up and took around 3 coats of paint over a few days. Rang Wayfair and supplied them with plenty of photos of the damages and flaws. Wayfair were absolutely fantastic so we will definitely use them again.. Mrs Smith. GB. Sun Sep 01 2019

Product arrived on time, no problems there. Product as described and construction is of average quality. For what we wanted,- a storage shed for garden furniture that looked attractive when set in the garden it’s just fine. However, as a Summer house the construction is somewhat flimsy and wouldn’t put up with much active wear and tear. The roofing felt provided only just covered the roof and was of thin quality so we thought it necessary to place a second layer of tougher, more substantial roofing felt. Also one of the window catches was missing but fortunately we had recovered one from the previous old shed so it didn’t matter.. Marilyn. GB. Wed Mar 07 2018

Overall happy with product once small problems resolved - felt nails too short (bought some better ones), door handle needed shortening so that it did not touch window frame, but product fair for price.. Brian. Llandyssil Montgomery, GB. Mon Jul 30 2018

Shires the manufacter give 3 numbers with the paper work to contact for customer support, not one of them are in use. Their number has been removed from their website. They have supplied half of the nails needed to complete the glazing 220 instead of the 440. The is also produding nailheads all over the outside of the summer house and nails which are suppossed to hold the tongue and groove to the frame have completly missed the frame so are produding internally, this is happenng in rows so whole areas are not secured as well as being dangerous Is this what you expect from a over thousand purchase???? And then they are not contactable? The is an email option on their website which i used because it being the only method open to me but that was 3 days ago and as yet have recieved no responce. Andy.
