It complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. Safety features include a full-length safety hinge and the joinery made, fixed windows are fitted with plastic safety glazing. This little house is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on sturdy 34mm square framing with a T&G roof and floor. The playhouse is finished in a honey brown basecoat treatment ready for painting or staining after installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only. With regular wood preservative, this den will last for many years. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. The Spring Cottage is a lovely and quite large cottage with a picnic bench and a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, hob, cutting board, and cuttable fruits to serve friends on their visit. You will know that your friends are there when you hear them ringing at the doorbell of the cottage. Greet them with flowers in the large flower box in front of the window!
