Nothing wrong with the chair. BUT... it was advertised as "No assembly required" and this is false advertising as it did need assembly. The main reason I bought this chair was that I live alone and I'm not very practical, so assembly is a challenge for me. Everything from ordering to delivery went smooth, assembly was easy, very pleased with the finished product, only small gripe I would have would be the two bolts holding the arms to the back of the chair are too long but rather that than being too short.
