My parcel arrived 5 days late even though I had been told it had been lost. Both ends of the packaging had clearly come open and an attempt to tape it back up failed. I did speak to your automated bot when I was told it was missing and I was offered a replacement which I accepted but have heard nothing since. No email confirmation. This has lasted us currently for 2 summer seasons and is still going strong. i have treated it and kept it away during the winter months and it is still in great condition. the only gripe I have is the lithium battery has failed and they are an awkward size and therefore a touch expensive to replace.
