My parcel arrived 5 days late even though I had been told it had been lost. Both ends of the packaging had clearly come open and an attempt to tape it back up failed. I did speak to your automated bot when I was told it was missing and I was offered a replacement which I accepted but have heard nothing since. No email confirmation. This has lasted us currently for 2 summer seasons and is still going strong. i have treated it and kept it away during the winter months and it is still in great condition. the only gripe I have is the lithium battery has failed and they are an awkward size and therefore a touch expensive to replace. Overall it's nice looking parasol, however the inside of the parasol is covered in tons of pieces of shrink-wrapped protective packaging - this took me over half an hour to remove, and there are some bits that can't be fully removed because they're behind a screw or somehow too tightly wrapped in a hard to reach area. Wasn't fun trying to do this and constantly getting zapped with static shocks - it's also a very awkward task given the sheer weight/size of the parasol. IMO this packaging serves no purpose and should have been removed before delivery. This makes the inside look quite tacky to be honest.
