Gazebo came nicely packaged. And I absolutely love the gazebo now that it is up. There were unfortunately, several panels that had dents in them and one of the structure pieces was a little banged up. This requires 2-3 people to assemble the gazebo. You are required to use the provided sandbags, guy ropes, and stakes, to secure the item properly. We will not be responsible to accept a return or provide a refund for the item if the item has been damaged/broken by incorrect assembly/user error. This item should not be left unattended and assembled overnight as again, we will not be responsible for any damage to the product caused overnight.

Disgrace. Wrong colour sent. Waited ages for someone to help. To be told none left. Had to return the the gid awful one sent to then wait until it arrived at the warehouse then a refund will be released within a further 5 working days. Terrible service. Terrible resolutions and all round absolute nightmare. Won't be using again so I would definitely say AVOID and save urself the hassle.. Anonymous. Thu Jun 01 2023

Hallo, so sah mein Pavillon nach 1 Tag Dauerregen aus. Da die Plane mit nur insgesamt 6 Klettbändern befestigt werden kann ist es kein Wunder das sich sofort Wasserbeulen bilden. Sind diese schwer genug bricht alles zusammen. Da Sie wahrscheinlich davon ausgehen das ich alles falsch gemacht habe möchte ich zumindest das Geld für die abgeschlossene 5 Jahres Versicherung erstattet bekommen. Well, its up! Easy enough to put together. Frame is a little shoogly and the tarpaulin is slightly thinner that I would have expected. Taking it down though, seems fairly straightforward.
