Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. This is such a large and solid item with a brilliant range of movement it’s really impressive. My only disappointment was some really poor stitching on the fabric. I sorted it and hope this was a one off as it really does seem like a great quality item. This comes with a base but YOU NEED WEIGHTS. Even when not windy.
