The table is exactly as it was described and what I wanted. My only negative is that it was forecast to arrive on Tuesday 8th April . I checked that date before leaving home for the weekend . But whilst I was away I received an email to say that it had been delivered. I had no notification of the date being changed. It was left outside my front door which is right on the side of the road and I had to make frantic calls to neighbours who kindly took it in. The table is made from an exotic hardwood from FSC-certified forests in Uruguay. It is hard, durable and perfectly suited for outdoor use. In addition, the wood is coated with a stain oil that protects it further and gives it a colour that is as close as possible to the raw eucalyptus. The Almeria garden table is therefore robust. Additional information: The impregnation of the oil varies according to the type of wood. A small residue may remain. Be sure to remove this with a cloth before using the table for the first time. Once constructed the table is great, it looks smart and folds away well. The only niggle was that a few of the required screws were missing, and others were very difficult to secure. The round Bistro Round Table is solid and stable. Made from grade A Teak which appears as a warm honey colour and will over time will turn a silver grey. Grade A teak is slightly oily to touch as it is very dense and rich in protective oils, naturally resistant to the elements and extremely long lasting. Seats 2-4. All joints mortise and Tenon secured with stainless steel fittings. Designed to withstand commercial use.
