An impressive garden bench in a classic British design made of solid, black lacquered cast iron. A stylish lion head decorates the left and right sides of the bench. The decking is made out of twelve sturdy, mahogany-coloured hardwood boards, which are easy to maintain. Cast iron exists in various levels of quality, which is measured by the density of the processed cast iron. The lesser the density, the lighter and wobblier is the product and the easier it can break. This bench offers a level of very high density and is therefore very sturdy and robust. The cast iron can be re-painted from time to time with metal paint. The wood should be treated with a commercially available coating, depending on the use and site of installation. The bench will be delivered in a carton and needs to be assembled. All fittings and instructions are included in the delivery and assembly will only take a couple of minutes.

Great bench perfect for any size garden. Storage part is not waterproof, but is a handy storage area. I have kept a waterproof bag in mine so that I can keep blankets etc in. So easy to put together, two of us put it together just so one could stabilise while the other screwed it together but could be put together with one person. The pre-drilled screw holes were great, and the wood is soft enough to screw into if the holes are not quite bored out. Lovely item.. Simone. Cardiff, GB. Sun Jun 14 2026

Despite arriving in a damaged box, no major damage. The finish leaves a bit to be desired, the covering is ridged in places and spoils the look. Easy to put together with the tools provided.. Neville. Poole, GB. Mon May 18 2020

This Roann Plastic Bench is a classic polypropylene bench that requires low maintenance and can be left out all year round. Also, it is light yet sturdy enough to move around the garden.

Really great furniture! Had the table set for a few years now and it’s great albeit plastic it looks much more expensive than it is. the stools are sturdy and great as they are modular. Adam. Norwich, GB. Sat May 17 2025
