Yes a lot of assembly, the table was difficult as nothing lined up!! I've been building furniture for the past 38yrs. So am able to find a way around things, but in all honesty, the majority of the public will struggle. It was difficult bending the metal into position, will it last? Heaven knows. But advert should state difficulty is assembling for those who are not quite capable in putting furniture together & there are many out there. Do like it though. The tabletop is made from ceramic tiles that have a riven finish to mimic natural stone, some of these tiles will exhibit chip marks from the cutting process. The table legs are made from steel and are powder coated in black. The stacking San Remo chairs are made from steel and the weather-resistant wicker is synthetic and has a brown twisted finish seat.

The bistro set includes a table that is lightweight but strong, very easy to assemble and maintain. The same can be said of the accompanying chairs, the set is simple in its design but very effective, it suits those that don't want to worry about their garden furniture as it requires very little maintenance. The chairs are stacking and have a decent high back for comfort.
