I gave it a 4 because the poles aren't numbered, so I had to measure them against the instructions, not a strees to me as I've put these up plentynof times, also the pump seemed small for the size pool, with filters that I've never seen off the shelf. Opened the box 2 months after receiving pool to find no steps or cover but not an issue as i spoke to Wayfair, and they issued the missing parts to be delivered straight away. Im not sure why others are moaning. If you have not received the parts, just contact them, but its not hard!!! Yes, they should have been delivered at the same time, but come on.
