Parasol base is important. It doesnt come with it. If try to find whic is compatible on the phone they give you a code and you wait like more than 30 minutes. the product seems alright but service needs to improved. The material that makes the umbrella is thin and flimsy. Really cheap and flimsy. The metal pole flimsy. I am so sorry that I bought this item. No I do not recommend this parasol.
