We are absolutely delighted with our new gazebo. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and all the components arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Once assembled, the gazebo looks fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space. It feels sturdy, well made, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to spending many relaxing hours enjoying it throughout the year. The only issue we encountered was with the instruction booklet. The orientation of the small flanges at the top of the roof was not clearly illustrated, and we inadvertently fitted them upside down. This made installing the polycarbonate roof panels more difficult than it needed to be. Had the correct orientation been made clearer in the instructions, the entire assembly would have been very straightforward. Despite this minor issue, we are extremely pleased with our purchase and would happily recommend this gazebo to others. The quality, appearance, and overall value are excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Every time we look out into the garden now, we’re reminded how worthwhile the project was. The gazebo has created a beautiful, comfortable space where we can relax and enjoy time together, whatever the weather. Kim. Harlow, GB. Wed Jul 08 2026

Stylish, convenient, and functional. Exceed your expectations in the products you buy.

Beautiful, sturdy and just what I was looking for. It gives us the privat feel around the hot tub and makes one more cozy spot in the yard. Item must have been previously installed. Huge scratches and bent metal. Had to grab pliers and bent the center piece openings which were already cracked. Had a function where I needed it or I would have sent it back. Still trying to get at least the center piece replaced.. Christina. Thu Mar 28 2024

Attractive and so-far sturdy. Only issue I have is with the assembly instructions specifically regarding the curtains and bug screens. They guide us not clear regarding proper placement of them. I am certain they are not installed properly but there is only so many times that I will put up and take down the panels before I surrender. The illustrations do not jive with the instructions. Otherwise very pleased with the quality and appearance.. Ken. Savage, MN. Sat Jun 20 2026
