Five stars for the assembled product and quick delivery, but arrived with 2 duplicate parts (instead of left and right fitting beams), but being impatient I drilled new holes myself so I could get on with building it instead of waiting for a replacement part. The Roof holes were also too small for screws so had to drill bigger holes in order to secure roof. Being stubborn I built it by myself and took a while, but once you get the first bits done, the rest is fairly simple. Doesn’t help that my eyes are going and the instructions are in font 6. Turned out nice. Had this professionally installed and mounted the post in concrete blocks to give more stability. The metal pieces itself is lightweight aluminum but when connected together it’s sturdy. Only gripe are the shade connector poles. Their means of connecting could be improved because they slide off & disconnect from one another every now & then but so far holds up well with rain when shade is pulled back. We got the 10x23 pergola and absolutely love it!! It came in 8 boxes, showed up on the day they said it would and the time frame quoted. We hired a guy to help us assemble it. It took my husband and him about 5 hours to put it all together. The instructions were pretty easy, some of the pictures were a little confusing but manageable to figure out.
